We’ll guarantee your delivery date (the day you write your contract) or pay you $100 a day for each day we miss. It’s a promise we’re happy to say we’ve never had to pay up on!
Peace of Mind Guarantee
Not only do we guarantee your moving date, but now we’ll guarantee your house payments for up to six months in the event you lose your job. It’s all part of our Peace of Mind Guarantee. Some restrictions do apply so see your Campbell Homes sales consultant for all the details.
Personalization
Now a lot of what you see in our models is “what you get”. But we do recognize that not everyone wear’s the same size shoe and not every one wants the same features in their new home. That’s why we’ve partnered with Guy's Floor Service so our families can meet one on one with a trained interior designer who will help you to personalize your new Campbell Home to your lifestyle. After all, it’s not always about what’s important to us – sometimes it’s about what’s important to you!
Technology Integration
Every Campbell home is equipped with a quality low-voltage wiring platform that offers flexible connectivity for television, telephone and data networking inside the home. The platform uses a “structured cabling” with all outlets individually home run to a central distribution point. The central distribution point houses a cable television distribution module that splits your inbound cable signal for up to four televisions. It also distributes your in bound telephone service for up to twelve telephone locations inside the home.
All telephone outlets are cabled with enhanced category 5e cable. This outlet supports up to four separate telephone lines simultaneously as well. Additionally, our homes (with the addition of an Ethernet hub or switch) are wired for a home network.
