Your well thought out floor plans, the number of included standard features found in your homes and guaranteed closing date sealed the deal for us. Out home is not yet completed, but as expected it looks fantastic. More importantly, as we've watched the entire building process from "dirt up" and had the opportunity to interact and watch your workers, we're completely confident in the quality and workmanship that went into our home...

Dear Mr. Deming

We are writing this letter in regards to the home that we have had built by your company. We have pondered at great length for the words to properly and adequately express our gratitude for the superlative workmanship and professionalism we experienced during this building process. A simple "thank you" will not suffice. In this day and age when consumers seemingly have to carefully select the companies and organizations with which to do business, we feel very fortunate to have dealt with Campbell Homes. Our initial contact with your company was with Mr. Bill Blinn, sales representative for Campbell Homes. Rather than encountering the usual "hard sell" pitch, Mr. Blinn expressed concern for our needs and explained the package thoroughly and was considerate of our questions. Our satisfaction and comfort was obviously important to Mr. Blinn. This was very refreshing as a consumer. Our second contact with one of your members was Mr. Larry Lathrop. We were awe-struck with the framing inspection, thorough explanation, and patience exhibited by Mr. Lathrop. This professionalism continued throughout every stage of this project. It was very obvious that perfection in all aspects of building our home was a priority. We would hope that you would share our expressed gratitude with the many hard workers with whom your company has contracted. Without their knowledge and skill, the beautiful and sound structure which we now call home would not be possible.
