Everyone Loves The Parade!

7.15.15  The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (CSHBA) is excited to announce the 2015 Parade of Homes with 32 homes by 24 home builders throughout El Paso and Teller Counties.

Prepare to be captivated as you enter several of the most exclusive communities in the city to experience some of the most spectacular examples of the latest in construction technology, sustainable living and interior design.
The Parade of Homes will be open from 10am-6pm daily between Friday, August 7 through Sunday, August 23.  Homes range from tiny (just 317 square feet) magnificent at more than 8,000 square feet.  Prices range from under $200,000 to almost $1,700,000.

Tickets will be on sale at all local Safeway and Albertson stores beginning July 24 and include a navigational map. Admission is $10 for adults 18 and older. One ticket will allow visitors to tour the Parade of Homes at their leisure during these 17 days.  Tickets are also available online.

Hub sites will be located in Banning Lewis Ranch, Flying Horse and Meridian Ranch.  In addition to these main sites, many of this year’s homes are scattered throughout Colorado Springs, showcasing some of the finest neighborhoods in El Paso County as well as one home in Woodland Park.

Campbell Homes will feature The Monarch in this year’s Parade of Homes. Located at 16749 Buffalo Valley Path in The Village at Monument, this year’s Parade of Homes entry is a stone and stucco ranch style home with a fully finished basement.  The home has been professionally decorated by award-winning model home merchandising firm, Lita Dirks & Company.  Stop by for a tour of this open concept home and take a peek at the latest in new home and interior design trends!

The Parade of Homes is easy to navigate with the comprehensive Guidebook and website. Free Guidebooks are available at any Parade home and include detailed information about each home and hub site location. The website offers an electronic copy of the Map and Guidebook, as well as a list of the Parade Builders with their contact information.  Available again this year is the HBA Newsstand App that you can download free from the App Store or Google Play.  The Parade App will feature expanded content from all Parade builders and hub sites.
