• Choose a Floorplan and Lot that works for your lifestyle
• Take Advantage of Preferred Lender Incentives and get loan approval, if needed.
• Decide on Personalization with Upgrades and Options. Collaborate with our team to finalize your home’s layout and architectural details. 
• Put It in Writing. Work with the sales team to create and sign the contract. At this time you will also be given a closing date! 
• Home Electronics & Design Center Selections: (Within 21 days after contract signed) Choose interior finishes that reflect your style and any technology needs for your home.
• Permits and Approvals: Campbell Homes handles all necessary permits, ensuring your project complies with local regulations (4 weeks after contract signed).
• Pre-Construction Meeting: A review with the construction superintendent of your home choices to fully understand your vision and expectations before construction begins.(7 weeks after contract signed)

Tip: While you will get weekly updates, this is the time to communicate your priorities and must-haves to ensure every detail is covered before construction begins. While some changes can be requested during certain construction phases, they will require a change order form.
